Pulping enzyme GR-M201 is a paper making bio enzyme preparation complexed by varieties of bio enzymes, it can change fiber nature under certain conditions. Add pulping enzyme GR-M201during pulping process, be flavor for peeling of S1 (secondary wall outer sphere), speed up destroy of cell wall and fiber devillicate brooming via mechanical force during defibrination process. The result is be more joint points between fibers, make fibers get absolute water absorption, to reduce energy cost, improve finished paper strength.

Machanism of action

Pulping enzyme GR-M201degrade cellulose in cell wall P（primary wall）and S1（secondary wall outer sphere）, make cell wall structure be slack, increase liquid penetrability, improve fiber swelling, reduce cohesion in fiber, be flavor for peeling of S1 (secondary wall outer sphere). Make fiber cell wall layers and broken via defibrination mechanical force, speed up cell wall break, be flavor for swelling and devillicate brooming of S2(secondary) fiber cell wall, make more joint points between fibers, so that reduce pulping electricity, to reach save energy, reduce cost effects.

Usage & Note

1. Pulping enzyme GR-M201 dosage: 100-300ml/t pulp.
2. Pulping enzyme GR-M201 specific dosage is decided by slurry ingredients, pH value, function temperature and function time and so on.
3. Pulping enzyme GR-M201 added place: before paper machine pulping section, there is one section, which has half one hour or above remain reaction time.
4. Add diluted pulping enzyme GR-M201 for one time or continuous add.
5. Must ensure the pulping enzyme GR-M201 action conditions, control slurry temperature, pH value.

Packaging & Storage

• Packaging specification: standard packaging is 25kg/drum, specific packaging can determined by user requirements.
• Products be stored in a cool and dry place. Stored for one year under 5-20℃ condition, activity will not reduce 10%.
• Products can not be frozen.
